[ KOR ] 전 직장에서 낮은 단계의 학생들을 돕기 위해 높은 단계 학생들로 이루어진 그룹을 만들었어. 초급자들에게 더 많은 피드백을 제공하기 위한 절박한 시도로 시작했는데 그것보다 더 큰 효과가 있었어. 그게 말이지, 당시의 높은 단계 학생들 중에는 정체기에 이르렀다고 느꼈던 사람들이 많았어, 대개 그렇듯이. 근데 다른 사람을 가르치기는 책임을 맡음으로써 더 분발하기 위한 동기부여를 얻게 된 거야.
[ ENG ] At my last job, we organized a group of high level students to assist lower level students. It started as a desperate attempt to provide beginners with more frequent feedback. But it did more than just that. You see, many of the higher level students at the time felt like they had hit a plateau as many often do. But by taking on the responsibility of teaching someone else, it motivated them to really (step) up their game and improve.
